He So Not Worth It The He So/She So Trilogy Kieran Scott Books
In this book, Ally goest to the shore for the summer even though she really doesn't want to, she just think it's the greater of two evils since the other alternative is staying with her dad who now works with Jake, who she doesn't really want to see after what happens at Shannen's party. When she's there she tries her best to avoid all the "Cresties" despite her mom's efforts to get her to be friends with them again. She starts hanging out with some local people and hooking up with a local guy while at the same time she works with Hammond who was a friend of Jake's and has always liked her. Jake's family doesn't go to the coast because his mom grounded him for his bad grades and made him go to summer school, get a job, and an SAT tutor. Another big part of this book is Annie's field journal which takes the place of the IMs in the last book. Which is a really big step up it because I disliked that about the first book.Overall I liked this book a lot but however Ally kind of annoyed me. She's kind of whiny and for the most part she does a lot of walking away from people when they upset her. And even though his apporach was wrong, I could definetely feel what Cooper, a local guy Ally was dating, was saying when he finally snapped at her for whining and complaining all of the time. Jake and Ally still obviously love each other but can't get it right for some reason. Plus is it just me or does it seem like every other character is in love or infatuated with either Jake or Ally?
Unlike other reviewers I saw the ending coming when Annie saw Chloe at the drug store looking all scared, so I wasn't so shocked and I knew Jake and Chloe did more then just kiss, but I am looking forward to the next book. I just hope they don't turn it into some teen crisis kind of thing but I still think it will be good. I didn't think I would like this one since I usually HATE books that take place over the summer but I did though. I just hope Kieran Scott doesn't wait another year to put out the sequel but with her other series Private and Privliege ending, it should give her plenty of time to write and release the sequel before next summer :)

He So Not Worth It The He So/She So Trilogy Kieran Scott Books Reviews
I really enjoyed the series! Could not stop reading.
I liked the book and I am looking forward to the next one. I did notice that the heading on some chapters sometimes did not match up with who was talking. For example it would say Jake but it was Ally's POV. Anne's observations were cute. I do agree with another reviewer that book one needs to be read first.
I think this is the best book I ever read. I read half of it in one day. I never stopped loving this book for one second, I was always interested in what would happen next with ally and her love life.
This book does not disappoint. I did get frustrated at times because I wanted Ali and Jake to just get together already! The last page of the book left me with my jaw to the floor. Now I can't wait for May 2012 for This is so not happening! I will be sad for this trilogy to end but I am excited to read the third book!
Love this book and I can't get enough of it. I am reading it again and it is just as good the second time around. The only bad thing about it is that the next book isn't going to be out for a few months. Take my advice and wait until May to read this book. The third book is out in May and after the ending of this one you will not want to wait until the next one.
I am a HUGE fan of Kieran Scott, so I give this book two stars with a heavy heart. Instead of loving the characters (like I did with the cheerleader series), I felt all of them to either be penchant (like Jake) or whiny (like Ally). I also wasn't thrilled with the addition of Annie's journal. She was stalkerish and very unnecessary. For a great read, pick up Tammara Webber's romantic Between the Lines series! You'll be glad you did!
If you have read the first installment of this trilogy ("She's So Dead To Us") then you'll no doubt be racing to get this book. I know I went immediately to and got my copies when I finished reading the first. I just had to find out how Ally was going to deal with the ending of book one. I really enjoyed this book. Scott is a great author and I have read many of her books. If you're familiar with her writing, you will not be disappointed. If you aren't prepared to read the entire series, you honestly shouldn't pick up the first one. Once you start "She's So..", you aren't going to be able to stop until the last page of "This Is So Not Happening". Definitely money well spent.
